放生

我们可以放生

一条鱼，一只羊，一头牛

却不肯放过

一个人

诽谤，漫骂，算计

假疫苗，地沟油，毒奶粉

总有一把刀子

往死里捅

Freeing Captive Animals

We are ready to free captive animals

Such as a sheep, a fish or a cow

Yet we are often reluctant to set free

A man

Slanders, curses, plots

Fake vaccines, ditch oil, poisoned milk powder

Are always like a dagger

By which to stab to death

一些旧事又被提起

摸着石头

一切真相早已浮出水面

熟透的思想挂在枝头

枫叶举起一面旗帜

迎面而来的风

踢着正步

鼓槌敲打着大地

日子像一条蛇皮袋

装满梦想

October

Some old things are brought up again

Feeling the stones

We find all the truth has come to the surface

Thoroughly ripe thoughts hang on the branches

Maple leaves raise a flag

The oncoming wind

is goosestepping

The drumstick is drumming the earth

Life is a snakeskin-like plastic woven bag

Loaded fully with dreams

从牛皮里抠出

牛脾气

走街串巷

一把扁担挑起

悲与欢

童年的往事

在几根手指地操纵下

露出原形

A Shadow Puppet

Having dug bullheadedness out of cowhide

You make rounds of streets and alleyways

Carrying sadness and happiness

On a single pole

The past childhood events

are exposed

And their prototypes are revealed

By manipulating several fingers

农民工

汗水是预留的种子

他们习惯在城市的边缘

种植酒绿灯红

窝在潮湿的工棚里

喝着西北风，就咸菜

把故乡啃成

一轮残月

Migrant Workers

Drops of sweat

Like reserved seeds

Are habitually scattered on the edge of the city

To grow into scenes of feasting and revelry

Crammed into damp bunkrooms

Drinking the northwest wind

And eating salt vegetables

Bite homeland into

A waning moon

深秋

往事在雨水揉搓下

褪色，纵是最美的梦

敌不过一夜秋风

寂寞如宠养的小狗

躲在相册里

舔食着

旧痕新伤

Late Autumn

Rubbed by the rain

The past fades

Even the most beautiful dream

can't be the match for a whole night's autumn wind

Loneliness is like a little pet dog

Hiding in an album

Licking

Its old scars and new wounds

情人

在一张白纸上

画一个情人

长发遮掩着淡淡的忧伤

坐在一首小诗里

熄灭灯

她便踩着一路月光

一步一步地

靠近我

Lover

On a piece of white paper

A lover is drawn

Whose long hair hides a slight melancholy

Sitting in a poem

After the lamp is extinguished

She plods on the moonlit road

Step by step

Close to me

枫叶

仿佛一只蝴蝶

在黄昏展开受惊的翅膀

从一本旧杂志的封面起飞

落在她的头顶

像毛线扎成的蝴蝶结

被一条羊角小辫牢牢拴住

月光是抖落的羽毛

铺满初秋的梦

Maple Leaves

Like a butterfly

Spreading its frightened wings at dusk

Taking off from the cover of an old magazine

And alighting on top of her head

Resembling a knot of wool

Fastened by a braid shaped like a goat's horn

Moonlights

like quivering feathers

Strew and pave the dream of early autumn

羊与牧人

从夏季牧场转到冬季牧场

羊与牧人，整天混在一起

一点点拆掉心怀的戒备

羊牵挂着草，牧人只念叨着肉

羊哪里知道，人就是一只狼

披着一张羊皮

Sheep and Shepherds

Roaming from summer pasture to winter pasture

Sheep and shepherds mingle all day long

Gradually taking off guard harbored toward one another

The sheep are concerned about the grass while the shepherds are only obsessed with mutton

Sheep will never know

That man is a wolf

Disguised in sheepskin

生活

日子历经烟熏火烤

已面目全非

旧恨摞着新伤

仿佛一件脱不掉的盔甲

偶尔挤出一丝笑

补不住

生活千疮百孔的漏洞

世俗在黑白之间

磨出

满脸的老茧

Life

Smoked and roasted

The face of LIFE has become totally deformed

Old hatred piled with new wounds

Resembles a helmet and armor that can't be taken off

An occasional hint of a smile squeezed out

Is unable to patch up

Loopholes in life

Secularity between black and white

Has triggered

Calluses all over the face

索道

缆车展开翅膀

像一只越飞越高的鸟

一头钻进天空

阳光的羽毛挂满枝梢

黄昏铺开

一幅幅珍藏的风景

最高的山峰

也得向人低头

Cableway

The cable car, spreading its wings

Like a bird flying higher and higher

Plunges headlong into the sky

The sun's feathers hang all over the branches

Dusk unfolds

Many a treasured landscape

Even the highest mountain

Has to bow before people
